The Scientology Abridged Dictionary is the single Scientology Dictionary that has ever been officially approved by L. Ron Hubbard himself.
The much celebrated Dianetics and Scientology Technical Dictionary, was a work in progress which at a certain moment in time was embellished with heavy alterations, resulting even in including a false definition for the very Reactive Mind itself that made no reference to key component parts of it.
Thus, people of the official “Church of $cientology” today (also known as ‘Co$’) do not even know what a Reactive Mind really is, and by ignoring a multitude of other things – much less is expected that they will ever reach the state of Clear or any other state, least this is corrected.
The re-edition of this dictionary to the general public was being postponed for quite a time interval due to the long research and the arduous cross-checking that had to be done for the verification of its full authenticity.
Mind that this dictionary has been systematically suppressed by the infiltrated Co$ in utter violation of the initial intentions of L. Ron Hubbard for it, along with violations on various other matters.
While Ron’s orders were that this dictionary should be distributed free of charge to new public and without any added financial burden of any kind whatsoever, during the middle ‘70s, and when L. Ron Hubbard was no longer around to object, Co$ management started charging money for it, and later, when its last copy had been sold, it was simply never published again.
That is how the entire matter, after a certain time had passed, was almost completely forgotten by the many, but fortunately not by all.
The full value of this dictionary can be realized perhaps only after one has thoroughly studied it. It constitutes not only a compendium of the most basic, important key-definitions of Dianetics and Scientology, it also offers a collection of such terms in their outermost simplest and most comprehensible form, in a way that anyone can easily understand and gain from, a thing much more true for a beginner in the subject.
But this dictionary will be of use not only to beginners. Even the “highly trained” in Scientology, will discover various sources of their study and even technical difficulties in the upper levels while they will be examining the definitions it includes, because it is a proven fact that not only the definition for the Reactive Mind, but many other definitions, have been “shrewdly” altered in the later editions of the Dianetics and Scientology Dictionary that they most probably had been using.
